- Boil pasta in large pot on stove until done. While pasta is boiling, you can go ahead and cook the bacon. Place large pan on stovetop and turn heat to medium. Cook bacon until done and crispy. Place cooked bacon on paper towel to drain the excess grease and cool down. Once cooled, chop bacon finely and set aside. Once pasta is done, drain excess water and place I large bowl.
- To the pasta, add 1 can drained sweet peas and 1 can drained Rotel. Add chopped bacon. Sprinkle in salt and pepper. Add Mayo and stir.
- Serve then or place in fridge for a cool salad. Enjoy!
